~ About the Commission ~
I reserve myself the right to decline the commission

You can check the progress on the to-do list (Trello)

Commissions are for personal use only
You can ask about commercial use (A fee will be asked)
~ Negative Behaviours ~
Harassment, Bullying, Insults, and other rude behavior will NOT be tolerated.If you do these behaviors, the commission will be automatically declined. and no refund will be issued.furthermore, you will be put onto a black list and not be allowed to commission from me in the future.However, constructive criticism is welcomed. So if you unhappy about a part in a piece, please voice it constructively
~ Turn around time ~
I have a severe joint disorder, so sometimes complications do arise. you are ALWAYS welcome to message and ask for an update.Typical turn around is 1-2 months. but can vary depending on complexity of the project.
~ Refunds ~
Refunds will be denied if the art is finished, and has been delivered.
At other stages, you'll only receive a percentage, based on how far I got. Sketch (80%), Colored Sketch (75%), Sketch Cleanup (50%), Flat Colors (30%), Semi-Shaded (0%)
If i am unable to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.
